Spinal Strengthening:  Decompression can provide relief, but we believe that it is equally important to strengthen your spine to truly be at your best.  The Bench is specifically designed to help you strengthen the deep stabilizing muscles of your spine which are best conditioned through spinal isometric exercises.

The Decompression Bench works in conjunction with the Rezzimax Mini, with a built in space for the Mini to rest to maximise effectiveness.
