Step 1 (Jumping Jacks)

  • Tuner: Armband Strap
  • Intensity: Higher Level
  • Pressure: Light
  • Duration: 2 minutes

Do some jumping jacks by spreading our hands and feet out wide on our first jump, then bringing them in on the next jump. Alternate between the two positions every time you jump. Keep doing this for 2 minutes.

Step 2 (Starfish)

A woman is doing the starfish exercise.

  • Tuner: Armband Strap
  • Intensity: Higher Level
  • Pressure: Light
  • Duration: 2 minutes

Cross your arms and legs so that the right leg and arm are in front. Now, stretch your arms and legs out like you're a starfish. Bring your arms and legs back in now with the left in front. Keep doing this for 2 minutes and alternating between left and right.

  • Tuner: Wings
  • Intensity: Higher Level
  • Pressure: Moderate
  • Duration: 10 x

If you're able, get down on all fours for this step. With a moderate amount of pressure, have someone assist you in scraping along your back from your tailbone to the top of your neck. You'll want to do this ten times.

Step 4

A woman is sitting on a sofa with the Rezzimax Tuner resting on her stomach inverted. The tongs are wide open and resting on the lowest part of her stomach.

  • Tuner: Wings
  • Intensity: Blue Mode or Desired Level
  • Pressure: Light
  • Duration: 1-2 Minutes

Place the Tuner on your stomach. The tongs will come to rest at the base of the stomach. Relax for 1 to 2 minutes.
