Moro (Startle) Reflex – Sudden sound or movement
The Moro Reflex begins to develop 9 weeks in Utero and is inhibited by 2-4 months of life. By about 1 year the vagal system develops and inhibits Moro.

Step 1 (Jumping Jacks)
- Tuner: Armband Strap
- Intensity: Higher Level
- Pressure: Light
- Duration: 2 minutes
Do some jumping jacks by spreading our hands and feet out wide on our first jump, then bringing them in on the next jump. Alternate between the two positions every time you jump. Keep doing this for 2 minutes.
Step 2 (Starfish)
- Tuner: Armband Strap
- Intensity: Higher Level
- Pressure: Light
- Duration: 2 minutes
Cross your arms and legs so that the right leg and arm are in front. Now, stretch your arms and legs out like you're a starfish. Bring your arms and legs back in now with the left in front. Keep doing this for 2 minutes and alternating between left and right.
Step 3
- Tuner: Wings
- Intensity: Higher Level
- Pressure: Moderate
- Duration: 10 x
If you're able, get down on all fours for this step. With a moderate amount of pressure, have someone assist you in scraping along your back from your tailbone to the top of your neck. You'll want to do this ten times.
Step 4
- Tuner: Wings
- Intensity: Blue Mode or Desired Level
- Pressure: Light
- Duration: 1-2 Minutes
Place the Tuner on your stomach. The tongs will come to rest at the base of the stomach. Relax for 1 to 2 minutes.
