Head & Neck Rezzipe

This Rezzipe supports your body’s natural healing response for headaches, neck pain, etc.

Step 1:

• Optional: Use Neck Pillow• Tuner: Accessory Tongs
• Mode/Level: Blue Mode
• Duration: 5 Minutes
• Pressure: Light
• Location: Back of Neck

Attach tongs to the Tuner and place the tongs on both sides of the neck with the Tuner resting against the spine. Slowly rotate your head side to side, keeping pressure against the device.

Step 2:

• Tuner: Accessory Tongs
• Mode/Level: Green Mode
• Duration: 1-2 Minutes
• Pressure: Light
• Location: Under Jaw

Place the tongs under the jaw holding the Tuner with both hands.

Step 3:

• Tuner: Accessory Tongs
• Mode/Level: Choose a Comfortable Level
• Duration: 1-2 Minutes
• Pressure: Light
• Location: Center of Eyebrows 

Place the tongs at the center of your eyebrows and hold the Tuner steady.

Step 4:

• Tuner: Accessory Tongs
• Mode/Level: Choose a Comfortable Level
• Duration: 1-2 Minutes
• Pressure: Moderate
• Location: Between Eyes

Place the tongs close together between your eyes at the bridge of your nose with a moderate amount of pressure towards your forehead.

Step 5:

• Mode/Level: Choose a Comfortable Level
• Duration: 7-8 Times
• Pressure: Light
• Location: Front to Back Over Head

Run the tongs over the top of your head, from the front to the back, seven to eight times.

Step 6:

• Tuner: Accessory Tongs
• Mode/Level: Choose a Comfortable Level
• Duration: 1-2 Minutes
• Pressure: Light
• Location: Cheekbones

Place  the tongs on your cheekbones and hold the Tuner steady.

Step 7:

• Tuner: Accessory Tongs
• Mode/Level: Choose a Comfortable Level
• Duration: 7 to 8 Times
• Pressure: Moderate
• Location: In Mouth

For convenient cleanup, you can place a disposable glove over the tongs for this step. A drop of food-grade oil, such as peppermint or a citrus, can enhance the experience if desired.
Place the tongs inside your mouth with the tips placed on the outside of your teeth. Angle the Tuner up an down, and open and close your mouth slowly seven to eight times.
