Back Rezzipe
This Rezzipe supports your body’s natural healing response for back pain.
Step 1:
- Optional: Use Neck Pillow
- Tuner: Accessory Tongs
- Mode/Level: Blue Mode
- Duration: 5 Minutes
- Pressure: Light
- Location: Back of Neck
Attach your tongs to the Tuner and place tongs on both sides of the neck. Rest the Tuner pointed downward against the spine. Slowly rotate your head side to side, keeping pressure against the device.
Step 2:
- Tuner: Wing
- Mode/Level: Higher Level
- Duration: 1-2 Minutes
- Pressure: Firm
- Location: Back
This step is easier with an assistant. Place the Tuner wing so that it straddles your spine. Scrape in an upwards motion from the base of your spine up to your neck. You will notice that the scraping causes red marks on your back. This is normal, as the Tuner is promoting blood flow to these areas.
Step 3:
- Mode/Level: Higher Level or Green Mode
- Duration: 2-10 Minutes
- Pressure: Light
- Location: Small of Back
Place the Tuner centered in the small of your back and lay down on it.
Step 4:

- Mode/Level: Higher Level or Green Mode
- Duration: 10-30+ Minutes
- Pressure: Moderate
- Location: Back
Place the Tuner inside the Runner's Pack and place the mesh side against the lower back. Feel free to get up and move around while the Tuner is working.
Step 5:
- Tuner: Runner's Pack
- Mode/Level: Higher Level or Green Mode
- Duration: 10 Times
- Pressure: Moderate
- Location: Lower Back
Place the Tuner inside the Runner's Pack and attach it so that its resting on your lower back. Sit down and straighten your leg, then flex and extend your foot for 15 seconds. Repeat 10 times on each leg.
Step 6:

- Mode/Level: Lowest Level in Gentle Settings
- Duration: 10 Minutes
- Pressure: Moderate
- Location: Pelvic Floor
Wrap the Tuner in a heavy towel or blanket and sit on the Tuner, like sitting on a saddle. Make sure to hum along with the resonance of the Tuner.
