Stomach Mini Rezzipe

Step 1:

  • Accessory: Belt Pack
  • Mode/Level: 1x Red, 4x Green
  • Duration: 10 min
  • Pressure: Moderate
  • Location: Belly Button

Turn on the Tuner Mini and place it inside the Belt Pack. Place the pack over the navel area and have the Tuner complete one red cycle and four green cycles.

Step 2:

  • Mode/Level: Highest Level
  • Duration: 15 Seconds – repeat 7 times
  • Pressure: Moderate
  • Location: Right Hip – Trace over the large intestine slowly

Use the tip of the Tuner Mini’s Wing to trace along the path of the large intestine. Begin at the right hip, go to the rib cage then pull slowly as you cross to the left side of the rib cage. Drop slowly to the left top of  your pelvis, then go back towards the right side, stopping for 10 seconds over the bladder (a couple inches below the belly button.) 

Step 3:

  • Mode/Level: Lowest Level
  • Accessory: Towel
  • Duration: 10 Minutes
  • Pressure: Moderate
  • Location: Sitting on the Tuner

Set the Tuner Mini to its lowest level. Now, wrap the Tuner in a towel and sit on it for ten minutes.
