Shoulder & Chest Mini Rezzipe
This Rezzipe promotes healing for your shoulders and chest.
Step 1:
- Optional: Use Neck Pillow
- Mode/Level: Comfortable Level
- Duration: 5 minutes
- Pressure: Light
- Location: Back of Neck
Place the tips of the Tuner Mini scraping edge on both sides of the neck with the Mini resting against the spine. Slowly rotate your head from side to side, keeping pressure against the device.
Step 2:
- Tuner: Wing
- Mode/Level: Higher Level
- Duration: 1-2 minutes
- Pressure: Firm
- Location: Arms
Gently scrape your arm with the wing of the Tuner Mini, starting from the fingertips all the way to the shoulder. Repeat on your other arm.
Step 3:
- Mode/Level: Higher Level
- Duration: 1-2 Minutes
- Pressure: Firm
- Location: Chest
Hold the Tuner Mini over your chest. Repeat on the other side of your chest or behind the shoulder.
Step 4:
- Tuner: Belt Pack
- Mode/Level: Higher Level
- Duration: at least 1-2 Minutes
- Pressure: Firm
- Location: Shoulder
Let's start by placing the Mini into the belt pack. Now place the belt pack over your shoulder and connect the buckle. Tighten the strap so that it has a firm amount of pressure, and slide the Mini onto the top of your shoulder. Leave it here for 1 to 2 minutes. Go ahead and repeat on the other shoulder as needed.
Step 5:

- Location: Armpit
Place the Tuner under your armpit and gently hold your arm against your body.
Step 6:
- Mode/Level: Higher Level
- Duration: 3-4 Minutes
- Pressure: Firm
- Location: Armpit
With your hand on top of your head, press the tip of the Tuner Wing against the back side of your armpit and rub firmly along tender areas for 3-4 minutes.
Step 7:
- Mode/Level: Higher Level
- Duration: 1-2 Minutes
- Pressure: Firm
- Location: Armpit
With your arm at side, press the tip of the Tuner Mini wing underneath the front muscle of the armpit with upwards pressure for 1-2 minutes.
