This Rezzipe supports your body’s natural healing response by helping your body slowly get used to the vibrations from the Tuner.
*Note that this process may take multiple sessions depending on your current conditions. As each step becomes comfortable, continue to the next step.
** Avoid areas of CRPS or excessive pain. Stick to areas that are not too sensitive until the nervous system calms down, and that can take weeks for sensitive people.**
Step 1:
- Accessory: Towel or Blanket
- Mode/Level: Lowest Level
- Duration: 1 Minute
- Pressure: Not Applicable
- Location: As Near as Tolerable (a level that will not cause an increase in pain) - wrap in a towel or blanket if needed.
Wrap the Tuner in a towel or blanket and place as near as possible to you that does not cause an increase in pain. Once you are able to tolerate the vibration near you, continue to the next step. (If you're sensitive on your feet, skip to step 3.)
Step 2:
- Mode/Level: Lowest Level
- Duration: 1 Minute
- Pressure: Light
- Location: Feet
Cradle the Tuner Mini between your feet, placing it's wings on the instep of each foot. Once you are comfortable with the intensity, incrementally increase the level. (If you're sensitive on your neck, skip to step 4.)
Step 3:
- Optional: Extremity Strap or Rezzimax Pillow
- Mode/Level: Lowest Level
- Duration: 1 Minute
- Pressure: Light
- Location: Back of Neck
Place the tips of the Tuner Mini scraping edge on both sides of the neck with the Mini resting against the spine. Slowly rotate your head from side to side, keeping pressure against the device. Once you're comfortable, slowly increase the level – perhaps a few days later if needed.
Step 4:
- Tuner: Accessory Tongs
- Mode/Level: Lowest Level
- Duration: 1 Minute
- Pressure: Light
- Location: Center of Eyebrows
On the lowest level, place on the center of your eyebrows, incrementally increase the level to a comfortable level.
Step 5:
- Mode/Level: Lowest Level
- Duration: 1 Minute
- Pressure: Light
- Location: Along the Jaw Line
Use the scraping edge of the Tuner Mini to scrape along the length of your jaw, starting from your mouth and ending at your ear. You can use the convex or concave edge depending on which is most comfortable. Pay special attention to any areas you find that have tension. Once you're done with the first side, go ahead and switch to the other side.
Step 6:
Once your body is comfortable at all other areas, you may begin the step (2-4) that was skipped when you were too sensitive previously.
