Scrape beginning at the ankle and go up towards your hip with firm pressure using the Tuner Wing.

Duration: 7 Times
Pressure: Light
Location: Hip
Turn on the Tuner Mini and place it on or under your hip. Stretch out your leg and flex your foot 7 times. Repeat on the other hip.
Step 3:
Accessory: Extremity Strap
Mode/Level: Highest Level
Duration: 7x
Pressure: Light
Location: Underside and Top of Knee
Use the Extremity Strap to attach the Tuner Mini under your knee. Stretch out your leg and flex your foot seven times. Now, move the Tuner Mini so that it’s resting on top of your knee and repeat your stretches. Do this step again on your other knee.
