Foot & Ankle Mini Rezzipe

Step 1:

  • Tuner: Wing
  • Mode/Level: Higher Level
  • Duration: 1-2 Minutes
  • Pressure: Firm
  • Location: Foot

Apply a firm amount of pressure as you use the Tuner Mini's wings to scrape between each of your toes. This should take about one to two minutes. After you're done with the first foot, move on to your other foot.

Step 2:

  • Tuner: Wing
  • Mode/Level: High
  • Duration: 1-2 Minutes
  • Pressure: Firm
  • Location: Leg, Arm

 Scrape beginning at the ankle and go up towards your hip with firm pressure using the Tuner Wing.

Step 3:

  • Mode/Level: Higher Level
  • Duration: 7 Times
  • Pressure: Light
  • Location: Hip

Turn on the Tuner Mini and place it on or under your hip. Stretch out your leg and flex your foot 7 times. Repeat on the other hip.

Step 4:

  • Tuner: Extremity Pack
  • Mode/Level: Green
  • Duration: 5-10 min
  • Pressure: Light
  • Location: Calf

Turn on the Tuner Mini and place it inside the Extremity Pack. Attach the pack to your calf. Walk around while Tuner is attached to your calf. Repeat on the other calf.

Step 5:

  • Mode/Level: Green
  • Duration: 2 Minutes
  • Pressure: Light
  • Location: Feet

Cradle the Tuner Mini between your feet, placing it's wings on the instep of each foot.
