Back Mini Rezzipe

Step 1:

  • Optional: Use Neck Pillow
  • Mode/Level: Comfortable Level
  • Duration: 5 minutes
  • Pressure: Light
  • Location: Back of neck

Place the tips of the Tuner Mini scraping edge on both sides of the neck with the Mini resting against the spine. Slowly rotate your head from side to side, keeping pressure against the device.

Step 2:

  • Mode/Level: Higher Level
  • Duration: 1-2 Minutes
  • Pressure: Firm
  • Location: Back

This step works best with an assistant. Place the tips of the Tuner Mini wing on each side of your spine and then scrape upwards until you reach the back of your neck or as far as you are able to reach.

Step 3:

  • Mode/Level: Higher Level or Green Mode
  • Duration: 2-10 Minutes
  • Pressure: Light
  • Location: Small of Back

Place the Tuner Mini in the small of your back and lay down on it.

Step 4:

  • Tuner: Belt Pack
  • Mode/Level: Higher Level or Green Mode
  • Duration: 10-30+ Minutes
  • Pressure: Moderate
  • Location: Back

Place the Tuner Mini inside the Belt Pack and strap it against your lower back. Get up and move around for ten to 30 minutes, until your back feels relaxed. We want to stimulated the muscles with the Tuner Mini as they're being used.

Step 5:

  • Tuner: Belt Pack
  • Mode/Level: Higher Level or Green
  • Duration: 10x
  • Pressure: Moderate
  • Location: Sitting

With the Tuner Mini still attached on your back, straighten your leg, then flex and extend your foot ten times. Repeat on your other leg. Now, slide the Tuner Mini down so that you're sitting on it and repeat the stretches on each leg.

Step 6:

  • Mode/Level: Lowest Level
  • Duration: 10 Minutes
  • Pressure: Moderate
  • Location: Sitting on the Tuner

Wrap the Tuner Mini in a heavy towel or blanket and sit on the Tuner like sitting on a saddle. Low level, hum to the device.
